Advanced Aeronautical Flight Practice 3 will complete your flight training and enable you to meet the aeronautical experience requirements of the Commercial Pilot Licence. Your flight training will be conducted by an approved external flight training provider. This will provide you with 100 hours of Pilot In Command (PIC) flight experience. In this unit, you will fly as Pilot in Command on long distance flights visiting multiple aerodromes in primary controlled zones, regional centres and outback Australia. This capstone unit will give you the opportunity to synthesise and reflect on the theory, knowledge and skills you have acquired throughout your study. As Pilot in Command, you will be able to demonstrate leadership and accountability in a commercial aviation setting. After completing this unit you should have the aeronautical experience required to apply for the Commercial Pilot Licence.
