Previous Student Feedback

Feedback, Recommendations and Responses

Every unit is reviewed for enhancement each year. At the most recent review, the following staff and student feedback items were identified and recommendations were made.

Feedback from Staff observations, student comments

Feedback

Requirements for submission to Portfolium can confuse students

Recommendation

Create demonstration videos of each of the required processes for students. Create a separate section in Moodle assessment area to ensure access to these are easy to find, obvious and located where students need them.

Feedback from Staff observations, student comments

Feedback

Due to large file submissions, students are required to submit via Google Drive, which caused some issues as students did not share correctly with the marker/tutor.

Recommendation

Create demonstration videos on how to use Google Drive, including an explanation of the rationale for this (cannot submit large files through Moodle, or include ZIP files in Portfolium) to complement existing support documents from TASAC.
