Previous Student Feedback

Feedback, Recommendations and Responses

Every unit is reviewed for enhancement each year. At the most recent review, the following staff and student feedback items were identified and recommendations were made.

Feedback from Student feedback and self-reflection

Feedback

Students should not be assessed on developing a group exercise intervention as this is not the focus of the class and students in psychology and education do not have a background in exercise prescription.

Recommendation

It is recommended the unit coordinator remove the assessment question requiring students to develop a group exercise intervention.

Feedback from Student feedback

Feedback

The practical portions of the assessment are great as they allow for hands on experience which makes theory more relevant.

Recommendation

It is recommended that the unit coordinator aim to keep practical assessments as part of the unit.
