Previous Student Feedback

Feedback, Recommendations and Responses

Every unit is reviewed for enhancement each year. At the most recent review, the following staff and student feedback items were identified and recommendations were made.

Feedback from Student Unit and Teaching Evaluation

Feedback

Reduce reliance on the textbook

Recommendation

The unit coordinator will continue to reduce reliance on the textbook, but also recognises the importance of much of the textbook, such as the practice items. The unit coordinator will continue to develop additional independent material that address perceived issues with the textbook, notably the writing style of the text.

Feedback from CQU Success

Feedback

Update material as required, particularly the recorded SPSS demonstrations as regular updates within this software means that over time the demonstrations do not look exactly the same as the newest SPSS version.

Recommendation

The unit coordinator will continue to update resources where possible, including re-recording relevant videos and updating feedback and notes, as some elements of the software are updated from time-to-time.
