In Progress
Please note that this Unit Profile is still in progress. The content below is subject to change.Overview
This unit is applicable to research higher degree candidates in any of the masters by research or research doctorate courses (Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Education or Doctor of Professional Studies). It allows candidates to perform major revisions to their thesis, and prepare a response to feedback received from the examination panel, in order to satisfy the requirements for their research higher degree. The supervision, resources and campus offerings will be, in most cases, identical to the original research higher degree course that the candidate had enrolled in. The only exceptions to this may be where the candidate has changed location during or immediately after the examination period. This unit has been developed solely for the purpose of being able to apply a reduced tuition fee for candidates undertaking thesis revisions, as per agreement by the Executive Management Committee in November 2015.
