The Master of Human Resource Management course enables you to gain specialist education and training in the core elements of human resource management (HRM) applicable to local and global business environments. Covering all areas of HRM, the course facilitates your critical evaluation of contemporary theories and develops advanced skills and knowledge in the field. Students may be eligible for exemptions of up to 48 credit points for previously completed Graduate Diploma level studies in Human Resource Management or an Honours Degree in Human Resource Management. Advanced standing of up to 24 credit points may be granted to students who have completed a Bachelor or Honours degree in a related cognate discipline from an Australian tertiary institution or equivalent overseas qualification.

|BUSN20020 - This 12cp unit will involve the student being placed in a company for a 10-week internship requiring 4 days per week working within the host company. The student will also undertake an applied research project based on a particular issue within their host organisation. Students must undertake this unit in their final trimester of their course.|
