Feedback
Feedback from students: "The course was extremely top heavy. I worked day and night for 11 days straight to finish all the content and assignments in time for res school." "2 weeks access to complete all the content before res school in the first week was just not enough time." "The heaviness to get everything done before residential school was hard" "I rushed to complete the learnings on Moodle prior to attending res school" "I felt there was a lot of content to go through in a short period of time that we were expected to complete prior to the commencement of res school."
Recommendation
Students should have at least the first two weeks of term to engage with the prescribed material before they are allocated to attend on-campus learning sessions.
Action Taken
Prescribed pre-brief material via Moodle was deemed mandatory this term. Students were unable to attend residential school until preparation had been undertaken. This facilitated increase student knowledge and skill to be able to engage in the immersive simulation scenario during residential school.

Feedback
Having the ability to conduct the Res school online. I really think this is a great way forward when it comes to those students that live outside of QLD. I feel like i had a huge amount of support from the staff and if I had any questions they were able to answer them. I recommend res school for students who are conducting Clinical placements 3/4/5 it's a great way to learn.
Recommendation
Consider the option of online clinical simulation residential school in the future BN Programs.
Action Taken
