About Me

Dr Tasadduq Imam joined CQUniversity in 2009 as a Postdoc Research Fellow. In this role, he was involved in multidisciplinary research areas. He joined the School of Business & Law as academic staff in 2012. He is currently at Melbourne campus of the university as a Lecturer in the Finance.

I am interested also in core data mining theories, adapted towards solving business and management problems. The theories that I am interested about include: Support Vector Machine, Random Forest, Artificial Neural Network and Deep Learning.

The specific expertise includes: Data Mining, Computational Finance, Corporate Governance, Corporate Leadership, International Finance, Finance Education and Financial Literacy, Multimedia and Games in Teaching of Finance and Management, and Business Informatics. I am happy to supervise PhD and Masters projects in these areas, and am open to both academic and industry collaboration opportunities.
