Course summary

This qualification would apply to individuals with various job titles including administration managers, general office managers and office managers. Individuals in these roles may possess a sound theoretical knowledge base and use a range of specialised, technical or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team.

Notes

This course is available by Distance Education and course material will be available online. Distance Education students require self-motivation and must have 4-6 hours per week available for study for each unit. This is a self-paced course so students will need well developed technology and literacy skills to read and follow text books, basic numeracy skills are also required.

Students can be enrolled into a maximum of four (4) units at any one time dependent on their time to commit to studies.
