If you are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or permanent humanitarian visa holder, you may be eligible to apply directly to CQUniversity.
To be eligible to apply directly to CQU, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:

- You are a current or past CQU student*
- You are a Year 12 student applying via the Principal Recommendation Scheme
- You are applying to study via one of our Regional University Study Hub Partners
- Skills for Tertiary Entrance Preparatory Studies (STEPS) program
- Tertiary Entrance Program (TEP)
- Start Uni Now (SUN) units
- A CQU certificate, diploma, advanced diploma, associate degree, bachelor degree, graduate certificate, graduate diploma, master or research higher degree, or a unit within these courses.
Apply Via A Tertiary Admission Centre
If you are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident,
or permanent humanitarian visa holder, and you do not meet any of the eligibility criteria
to apply directly to CQUniversity, you will need to submit your application via the
appropriate Tertiary Admission Centre (TAC), such as
QTAC,
UAC,
or via ApplyCQU.

If you are an International Applicant, you should apply directly to CQUniversity via the iStart link below.
You are considered an international applicant if you meet one of the following criteria:

- You are not an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or dual citizen of Australia or New Zealand.
- You are currently residing in Australia on a temporary entry permit.
- You are currently residing overseas outside of Australia.
