To qualify for the award of a Associate Degree of Environmental Science, you must complete seven (7) compulsory units offered in the first two years of the Bachelor of Environmental Science course (CA42) as listed below.

BIOL11102 Life Science Laboratory
GEOG11023 Physical Geography of Australia
SCIE11023 Scientific Research Fundamentals
ENVR11011 Modern Environmental Issues
CHEM11044 Chemical Reactions
ENVR11014 Environmental Monitoring

In addition to the above core units, you must complete nine (9) units from your major and/or minors. Please refer to the Course Structure tab of the course handbook for further information about majors and minors.
