In order to complete this course, you must:

  2. Complete 1 major
  3. Complete electives

Core Structure

Number of units: 6 Total credit points: 36

ALL students must undertake the following core units.

In addition, you must complete one of the available majors, each of which have the option to complete an internship. You should plan your enrolment according to the core requirements of your chosen stream. It is highly recommended that you consult a Course Advisor in order to plan your enrolment from the commencement of your course. Students undertaking the internship option must follow the approved planner and undertake the internship in their final term of study.

Business Analytics Major

Number of units: 10 Total credit points: 60

Students who meet the prerequisite requirements and choose an internship stream in order to apply the knowledge and skills gained in this course to a professional workplace will undertake the unit BUSN20020 Business Internship and two appropriate elective units to complete their course of study.

Following the application and selection process, you will be placed with a host organisation and will undertake your work placement for 10 consecutive weeks, working standard office hours for four days per week - approximately 320 hours in total. International students should check their work rights on their individual visa to ensure they remain compliant with visa conditions at all times.
