2. Leading Innovation and Value Delivery in Procurement
This unit aims to give students the skills and knowledge required to lead innovation and drive value in procurement processes. Focusing on dynamic sourcing and co-design, value creation, advanced procurement methods, and risk management, students will learn to navigate complex procurement landscapes and contribute to organisational success through strategic and innovative procurement practices
