Start Uni Now aims to instil each student with the skills and knowledge needed to transition comfortably from high school to university. Students complete university courses from within their degree of choice and as such become familiar with many university systems and practises, while also becoming accustomed to the general university environment.
First year courses from a variety of undergraduate programs are available to Start Uni Now (SUN) students, who complete their university enrolments in conjunction with their school work. Excellent time management skills, self-discipline and motivation must be employed in order to be successful within the program.

SUN Eligibility Requirements
Year 11 and 12 students are eligible for SUN for Terms 1, 2 and 3. Year 10 students are eligible for SUN during Term 3 only. Refer to the University’s academic calendar for term dates.
Students must be a minimum 15 years of age at time of commencement, and demonstrate a B average/High Achievement as per their most recent school report card (including a passing grade in English). Please refer to the SUN website for more details regarding eligibility and application requirements.
Students undertaking non-standard curriculum and/or homeschooling, will be considered for acceptance into the SUN course based upon required documentation as outlined on the SUN website.
