Agency-based field education offers you a focused learning experience through which you can integrate theory and practice and develop a sense of professional proficiency by applying your learning in a safely moderated setting. You will develop direct practice skills and gain insight into the requirements of working collaboratively with colleagues. You will increase your knowledge of the interface between policy and practice in your agency setting and consider the contextual constraints placed on their role, organisationally and legally. This is the first of two compulsory Field Education placements. Students are required to attend the placement for a total of 440 hours.
