This online Short Course will introduce you to the issue of disruption and how it affects 21st century business practices and leadership strategies. You will investigate the two-sided nature of disruption, that is, the way that it can act as both a productive and negative force. You will also review examples of business practices and leadership strategies that exhibit both the positive and negative aspects of disruption.
