Glencore Coal chose units specifically for this skill set of MEM19 units to upskill their first-year apprentices. These units cover pre-requisite units and engineering measurements, repair/fit engine components, oxy acetylene welding, brazing, manual metal arc welding, mechanical cutting, engineering components.
Students must be employed as a Glencore Apprentice and indentured in the AUR31220 Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology and the AUR30320 Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology qualifications.
