This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of junior administrative positions who perform a range of mainly routine tasks using limited practical skills and fundamental operational knowledge in a defined context. Individuals in these roles generally work under direct supervision. Students will develop skills in contributing to a safe work environment, customer service, working effectively in a business environment including innovation and communication, as well as technology skills of word processing, keyboarding and spreadsheets.
Please note: BSB20115 Certificate II in Business is a superseded qualification and has entered into an 18 month transition period. All students enrolled in BSB20115 must complete by March 2022.
Once enrolled in this qualification your teacher will discuss if continuing in this course or if transitioning to the new course is more appropriate.

Students studying this course will need access to a computer with internet and the following software packages:
MYOB AccountRight Student Edition V19.10 will need to be purchased at the expense of the student. A discounted version of MYOB is available for CQUni students. Microsoft Office software is available for students at no cost.
