This skill set is for individuals who are entering a team management position for the first time within an organisation.
Students enrolling into an accredited skill set are exempt from the Basic Skills Builder Testing (bksb).
However, the applicant must acknowledge an online declaration, within the online application process, that the applicant has the necessary language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) skills to undertake the study and/or will access LLN support if required.

This course is ideal for aspiring or new Team Managers, Operations Managers, or are employed in leadership roles and for trades qualified persons transitioning to a Supervisory or Management role.
BSBSS00109 - Introduction to Team Management Skill Set is a nationally recognised qualification, complying with the AQF standard and ASQA standards for Registered Training Organisations.
