This program provides the skills and knowledge required to work as a engineering tradesperson in a number of disciplines: Mechanical (Maintenance) Diesel Fitting; Mechanical Trade (Machining); Mechanical Trade (Maintenance) Fitting and Turning; Mechanical Trade (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning).
Aurizon Post trade employees to gain specific skills, knowledge and experience in the Diesel Fitting pathway.
Completion of the bksb (Basic Key Skills Builder) online literacy and numeracy assessment prior to enrolment, unless the student has completed an equal or higher-level course.
This course is for apprenticeship training only. Students must be employed as apprentices in a relevant industry.
