NACC00064 - Renovation Series - How to build a timber frame (RS2 of 6)

Course Summary

This is a course in a series of six (6) 'Renovation Series'. This course will cover how to set out, measure and cut frame members to size. Then fix in place. Then check for plumb and straighten wall frames. Students may choose to do one or more in the Renovation Series.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required: steel-capped boots, long cotton or denim pants, cotton shirt and safety glasses.


Entry Requirements

Prior to commencing this unit, you will be required to complete the mandatory unit in this series - NACC00063 Renovation Series - How to use basic power tools.
