This online Short Course provides health and fitness professionals a comprehensive understanding of the requirements of orientation and pre-screening in the commencement of a fitness program. The course will will review fitness testing techniques which may be used to assess a client's level of fitness strength, flexibility and/or event/program preparedness.

The fee for this short course will be $90.00.
