This online Short Course is designed for professionals employed in the health sector who want to better understand how to help people form healthy habits. The skills you will learn within the course can be applied to helping clients stick to regimens (e.g., therapy prescriptions, medicine schedules), to increase engagement in healthy behaviours (e.g., exercise, healthy eating) or decrease unhealthy behaviours (e.g., alcohol consumption, gambling).
