Course Summary

This online Short Course is designed for people who want to better understand how to help people form habits and apply it to their own life. The skills you will learn within the course can be applied to helping you stick to increase engagement in healthy behaviours (e.g., exercise, healthy eating) or decrease unhealthy behaviours (e.g., alcohol consumption, gambling).

The fee for this short course will be $75.00.
