Course Summary

Certification requirements apply at a state and territory level to individuals involved in the sale, service, promotional service, delivery and supply of alcohol. Certification in some States relies on the achievement of SITHFAB021 Provide responsible service of alcohol.  Responsible service of alcohol (RSA) legislative and knowledge requirements differ across borders.

Students require access to a computer with internet. 

Those undertaking the mixed mode delivery will require access to a computer with internet and be available to attend campus in either Mackay or Rockhampton.
