The Master of Business Management is an innovative degree designed for those who want to become leaders and managers in different industries. The course is designed for professionals of any field to undertake study in business management.
The course is a discipline-based degree with core units covering, Applied Business Research, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Business Communication. You may select a major in Marketing, International Business, Human Resource Management, Leading Organisational Change, or Emergency and Health Services Management. In addition, you will have the opportunity to further tailor your course with electives, an internship with an organisation of your choice, or a study tour overseas. You will learn to apply the skills across a range of industries, and in both corporate and not-for-profit organisations.
The course will enable professionals in business or other careers to attain advanced skills, knowledge and attributes required by employers in the workplace. The combination of face to face and online delivery with group discussions, and examination of workplace case studies, will enhance learning and achievement of key skills needed in professional careers. The diverse profile of students will further enable collaboration with peers beyond postgraduate study.
The Master of Business Management provides specialist management education and training that will enable students to operate as a manager in the international and domestic business spheres. This course combines a comprehensive range of management units with opportunities to choose electives from other fields of interest.

To be eligible for entry into this course, applicants must hold:
• A completed Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) equivalent Bachelor degree, or higher equivalent qualification
English Language Proficiency Requirements:
If you were not born in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Ireland, South Africa or United States of America you are required to meet the English Language Proficiency requirements set by the University.
Applicants are required to provide evidence of completion of:
• A secondary qualification (Year 11 and 12, or equivalent), or
• An Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) diploma level qualification, or
• Bachelor level qualification study for a period of at least 2 years fulltime with a minimum overall GPA 4.0
