Course Summary

Email is used in business and personal communication with millions of messages sent on a daily basis. This online Short Course will identify the key elements of email etiquette in maintaining open and professional channels of communication in all settings. The course will cover topics including how to construct an email message, adding attachments and hyperlinks, adding a signature block and guidelines on copying others to email correspondence.

The fee for this short course will be $25.00.
