The Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Entrepreneurship is a unique online only offering, only available students as per CQUniversity's Graduate Guarantee. Eligible students will be required to complete the following units within 12 months under fee-waiver arrangements:
You must apply for enrolment into this degree by completing an application confirming your inability to achieve relevant employment (neither part-time nor full-time) since your official undergraduate degree conferral date. You must apply between six and 12 months after graduation and complete your Graduate Certificate within 12 months of commencement.
If you are enrolled through the Graduate Guarantee program and do not complete the units within 12 months, you will be transitioned to standard enrolment whereby unit fees will be charged.
If you are interested in these units and a similar style of course but do not meet the conditions of the Graduate Guarantee, you could consider the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (Leadership), Graduate Certificate in Social Innovation (Leadership), or Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship on a fee-paying basis.
Graduates will be able to apply the knowledge and skills they learn in this course in disruption and entrepreneurship, human resources, marketing, and social and business innovation to their current work in organisational settings, or to new initiatives requiring an innovation mindset. Students will be able to articulate into the Graduate Diploma of Business Administration (Leadership) or MBA (Leadership) for further extension at higher levels of study.
